the sting of the guitar string snapping on my hand

Yesterday I was fooling around with the guitar when suddenly my B string snapped. And it pierced my skin real deep and the cut hurts really badly. Here's a really lousy blurry photo of the cut on my hand.

And it bled 3 times. Oww. Today I bought a new steel string to change over my old nylon which had come off. Of course I didn't know how to restring it, I had Hong Kiat help me do it so yea thanks to him.






















Yea there it is. My broken string. Now I know how it's like to be suddenly guitarless. Really makes me ponder about how I'm going to live without one once I return this to Hudson. I bet I'm gonna get a really cool acoustic. I even thought of a name for it. It's gonna be called Jessica Dawn 2010 =D And today after Hong Kiat told me, I found out my acoustic really isn't an acoustic. The orientation of my guitar is really that of a classical's. He showed me a few nice pieces and I was really impressed. Revived my motivation for guitaring again.

On another note, today some of the tards went to Sakae Sushi but I didn't follow cause I was cash-strapped. We also celebrated Benny and Brian's birthdays and yeah ate the wonderful birthday cake. After that was pool, something I seldom indulge in cause I'm a poor boy living in a stuckup world. So yeah, that's roughly about today's happenings.

Anyways, I'm quitting dota for good! Like finally I'm going to get over the damned game that has almost caused me to retain and WILL eventually cause me to screw up my A Levels. Well, sad to say I have been slacking really badly this holidays and mugging minimally (3 days per topic of a subject, like WTF?)

So yea thats about it. Really tired now. Ciao!
