having a bad cough

I've been really sick the past 3 days due to the countless number of outings I have attended. Let me try and recall some of the more significant events. I think the easiest to remember must be the clubbing experience. It was really awesome. I could recognize and identify with most of the songs the deejay played and it serves as a really good platform to just unwind and let loose all the pent-up emotions and just go trigger-happy. I have to thank all my friends and friend's friends there for all being good sports. The only downside was that there was no booze. But I certainly enjoyed throwing my hands up and bopping and headbanging while we were being mothafuckas once every 10 minutes or so.

Also, there was our christmas shopping trip. Well, technically I didn't buy anything and we just ran from one point of Singapore to another looking aimlessly. I was being so nice, accompanying my friends when I already bought all the stuff I needed beforehand. Was really tired and to make things worse, I skipped lunch cause the food at Orchard ION Food Republic is extremely expensive. At night we played LAN, something I don't usually do and it was terrific fun. After having dinner, we sat around Little India, chatted for quite a while before heading back to Sengkang, counting down to christmas in a kopitiam stall and then chatting some more and heading back home.

All this was a sure recipe for falling ill. And that's exactly what happened. Next day I awoke I was running a fever and had a really bad cough. Slept 7-9 times that day cause I didn't have energy that day. What a great way to spend christmas, not that I actually do celebrate the joyous season. Thankfully, I semi-recovered the next day, at least being able to attend the class gathering. It's so good to see my ex-classmates again, which reminds me I'm going back to school soon also. Watched avatar and it was a really nice show. I mean, this comes from the same guy who directed Titanic and Terminator so yea what the fuck of course its gonna rock. I really like how the plot unfolded so well and the wonderful world of Pandora that was beautifully portrayed in the movie. I would say the 4 years used to produce this movie were well-spent.
