Wah today's PE was horrible. Ms Pey told us we could choose between running 3 rounds around the school compound or going for suicide run. Surprisingly, more people chose suicide run. Damn it...why would any1 want to run suicide run instead of 3 simple rounds? Total number of attempts to puke : 4 Total number of successful attempts: 0 This is the first time I felt so horrible after a PE lesson, let alone a suicide run. I think the only other time this happened was when I was in primary 4. This must be the relapse of my heart condition LOLL. Yea folks in case u guys dunno I'm not as healthy as everyone thinks I am(or at least I think so). I was diagnosed with a heart condition when I was small but it sorta subsided. I think this is .....the RELAPSE. (You can choose not to believe this if you want >.<) Oh well..hope this doesn't happen for tomorrow's beep test. =/
Anyway it was terrible. After the PE session, I felt giddy and nauseous. Felt like puking, but when I attempted to puke also cannot puke anything out zz. That kind of feeling is freaking horrible. Then because I kept bending down to try to puke, all the blood flow to my head and then my head felt so heavy and i got a freaking headache. My legs also turn very "suan" to the point that it actually became very painful. Then my hands also became very sore. Then when I sat on the chair my legs hurt like crazy cause it is so bloody sore and I cannot put my head on the table to sleep because I will feel very breathless. Worst still when I life my head up I feel like puking again ZZZ.
